When: The 3rd Monday of each month
Time: Maintenance starts at 9:00 AM Eastern and lasts up to 90 minutes (usually 45–60 minutes)
Outage Notice: Users will be informed via the Publisher's Hub on the Thursday prior to the outage
đź”’ System Access During Maintenance
8:45 AM: Logins to the Publisher's Hub will be disabled to prepare for the update
9:00 AM – 9:45 AM (approx.): System unavailable while updates are applied
9:00 AM : Any users currently logged in will be disconnected to begin updates
9:45 AM : Access restored once testing confirms the system is stable

Servers are taken offline to apply updates
Our DevOps team runs validation and testing before reopening access

Once confirmed stable, logins are re-enabled in the Publisher's Hub
