Title Created | User wants to know when a title is created | Upload files as needed to title |
Title Deleted | User wants to know when a title is deleted | Informational - may need to create a new title |
Component Created | User wants to know when a component is created | Pages are available for preflight review/content approval |
File(s) Uploaded | User wants to know when files are uploaded | Pages are available for preflight review/content approval |
Component Deleted | User wants to know when a component is deleted | Informational - may need to create a new component |
Page(s) Deleted | User wants to know when pages are deleted | Upload new pages or used for informational purposes if too many pages are in a component |
Title Archive Retrieval Requested | User wants to know when a title archive has been requested | Informational - Lakeside Scout will inform the user requesting a retrieval, via a separate email, if that title was either retrieved from archive or not found in archive |
Preflight Warnings/Errors | User wants to know when preflight warnings and/or errors exist after file upload | Resolve preflight issue(s) after file upload |
Specifications Warnings/Errors | User wants to know when specification warnings and/or errors exist after clicking approve to print | Resolve specification issue(s) after approving to print |
